Description:
Emulgol ES12 machining oil is manufactured basing on highly refined mineral oil, ionic and nonionic emulsifiers, corrosion inhibitors and enriching additives.

Benefits:

Applications:
Emulgol ES12 emulsifying oil in form of water based cooling and lubricating emulsion is applied in machining of steel, cast iron and nonferrous
metals and their alloys. Recommended concentration of Emulgolu ES 12 based emulsion (with water of hardness of 15°N) depending on the machining kind and material type:
grinding 3-5%,
turning,milling, drilling, reaming – 5-10%,
threading – 10-15%.
