HILL Grease Litol 24 (Литол-24)

Description:
HILL Grease Litol-24 (Литол-24) is grease which consists of petroleum oil with a viscosity of 60-75 mm²/s at 50°C, thickened with lithium soap of 12-hydroxystearic acid. In addition to the thickener, the grease contains antioxidant and viscosity additives to improve its performance.

Benefits:
-High water resistance: The grease has the ability to retain its properties even in contact with water, including boiling water. This makes it particularly suitable for use in applications where contact with water or moisture is possible.
-Excellent anti-seize properties: HILL Grease Litol-24 grease provides excellent protection of friction surfaces against wear and damage. This is especially important when lubricating rolling and friction bearings, joints and gears where high loads and friction occur.
-Long change intervals: HILL Grease Litol-24 is highly stable and has a long service life, allowing longer intervals between grease changes. This helps to reduce maintenance costs and improve process efficiency.
-Frost resistance: The grease is capable of operating at low temperatures down to -40°C, which makes it an ideal choice for use in cold climates or where it is required low temperature operation of equipment.

Applications:
HILL Grease Litol-24 meets the requirements of GOST 21150-87 and is recommended for use over a temperature range of -40°C to +120°C. It is ideal for lubrication of rolling and friction bearings of all types, joints, gears and other gears, as well as friction surfaces of knee and tracked vehicles, industrial mechanisms, electrical machines and other equipment.
HILL Grease Litol-24 is characterized by high colloidal, chemical and mechanical stability, which provides long-lasting protection and reduces wear of friction surfaces. In addition, the grease does not harden when heated and has short-term serviceability at temperatures up to 130°C.
