Orlen TRANSOL CLP 68 / 100 / 150 / 220 / 320 / 460 / 680

Description:
TRANSOL® CLP industrial gear oils are manufactured from selectively refined mineral oils. They contain lead-free sulphur-phosphorus additives improving lubricating properties, together with anticorrosive, antifoaming and oxidation-resistance additives.

Benefits:
They provide protection against excessive operational wear of gear elements, rolling and sliding bearings; protect steel and non-ferrous components against corrosion; provide long service at elevated temperatures due to high thermo-oxidative stability; and help prevent deterioration of lubricating properties caused by persistent foam and oil-water emulsions.

Applications:
TRANSOL® oils are intended for lubrication of highly loaded mechanical gears in industrial equipment, including applications exposed to impact loads. Typical uses include metallurgical rolling equipment, construction machinery, cement-mill machinery, lifts and transport equipment in shipbuilding, machine tools, steam and gas turbine gears, paper-industry machinery and other equipment operating at temperatures up to 100°C where EP performance, good thermo-oxidative stability, demulsifying properties and corrosion protection are required. They may also be used where gears are exposed to aggressive environmental influences such as water, steam and corrosive gases, as well as variable ambient temperatures.
